In the Life of the Saints
After a lukewarm faith left him searching, Wesley felt his “heart strangely warmed” at a meeting on Aldersgate Street. He spent the rest of his life riding circuits on horseback, preaching in fields to coal miners and the poor, and founding the Methodist movement.
