In the Life of the Saints
A parish priest in Zurich, Zwingli independently arrived at reforming convictions around the same time as Luther, launching the Swiss Reformation. He died on the battlefield, serving as chaplain to Zurich's troops in a war between Protestant and Catholic cantons.
